The 2021 National Selection for State University (SNMPTN) participants who are confirmed to have passed the selection to Universitas Padjadjaran for the 2021/2022 Academic Year are required to register and upload documents online with the following steps:
A. Complete the biodata and upload the available documents on the https://students.unpad.ac.id/peserta/ page from March 24 to 30, 2021, before 17.00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB).
B. Universitas Padjadjaran will verify the data and documents uploaded by prospective students [including Smart Indonesia Card for Lecture Participants (KIP-Kuliah)] from March 30 to April 9, 2021.
C. Prospective students can find out the amount of the tuition fee on the https://students.unpad.ac.id/peserta/ page and must make the tuition payment through a designated bank from April 5 to April 9, 2021.
D. After payment is received, Universitas Padjadjaran will issue an Official Student Acceptance Letter and digital Student Identity Card (KTM ) individually, no later than April 9, 2021.
The documents that must be uploaded online by prospective students are as follows:
1. SNMPTN Participant Card (original copy);
2. Resident identification card (KTP)/Student Card (original copy);
3. Family card (KK) (original copy);
4. Birth certificate (original copy);
5. Original certificate of graduation from Senior High School/Islamic Senior High School/Vocational Senior High School (SMA/MA/SMK) or equivalent educational institution;
6. Original report card from Senior High School/Islamic Senior High School/Vocational Senior High School (SMA/MA/SMK) or equivalent educational institution (Frontpage of the report card which provided the prospective student’s name and the assessment page for semester 1 to 5 or semester 1 to 7 for Vocational Senior High Schools with a four-year study period);
7. The original copy of Smart Indonesia Card for Lecture Participants (KIP-Kuliah) (only for prospective students who have registered to the particular program);
8. Health Certificate from a State Physician;
9. Certificate of Free Color Blindness for prospective students of:
- Faculty of Medicine
- Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences,
- Faculty of Agriculture,
- Faculty of Dentistry,
- Faculty of Psychology,
- Faculty of Animal Husbandry,
- Faculty of Nursing
- Faculty of Agricultural Industrial Technology,
- Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science,
- Faculty of Pharmacy, and
- Faculty of Geological Engineering;
10. Certificate of Free of Narcotics, Psychotropics and Addictive Substances;
11. Salary Slip/Parental Income Certificate;
12. Latest Electricity Bill (last 3 months) or Latest Proof of Payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB) (last 3 years);
13. Photo of the residence, front view;
14. Photo of the vehicle owned (optional);
15. BPJS Card or Health Insurance owned;
16. The form of the results of filling in the Biodata of Prospective New Students at the University of Padjadjaran which has been signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000,-;
17. The result form for filling in the biodata of parents/guardians of prospective new students at the Universitas Padjadjaran which has been signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000,-;
18. For participants who are not recipients of KIP Lectures, they must upload a signed Ability to Pay Tuition Fee Form on a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000,- (downloadable format);
19. For participants who are not recipients of KIP Lectures, they must upload proof of payment of tuition fees from the bank;
20. Statement Letter of willingness to comply with the applicable regulations at the Universitas Padjadjaran which has been signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000 (downloadable format);
21. JPG or PDF file size maximum 1MB, with a white background and use a shirt with a dark colored blazer.
The following are additional procedures or conditions for registering:
1. Uploaded registration requirements documents must be in digital format (JPG or PDF) with a maximum file size of 1MB.
2. If the documents in points (8,9,10) are not possible to obtain due to a health emergency, the Prospective Students can make a Statement Letter signed on Stamp Rp. 10,000, - and known and signed by the parents.
3. Universitas Padjadjaran will verify the documents uploaded by prospective students and will contact the relevant mobile number or email address if they find invalid documents.
4. Prospective non-Bidikmisi students must pay tuition fees at a bank appointed by Universitas Padjadjaran. These banks are:
- BCA, via ATM, Teller, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking.
- BJB, via ATM, Teller or Internet Banking.
- BNI, via ATM, Teller or Internet Banking.
- BRI, through ATM, Teller, or BRILink Agent.
- BTN, via ATM or Teller.
- Mandiri Bank, via ATM, Teller or Internet Banking.
- BNI Sharia Bank, via ATM or Teller.
- BRI Sharia Bank, via ATM, Teller or Internet Banking.
- Bukopin Sharia Bank, via ATM or Teller.
- Mandiri Sharia Bank, via Teller, Internet Banking, or Mobile Banking.
5. Tuition fees that have been paid are non-refundable for any reason.
6. Student Identity Card (KTM) is given to prospective students after all conditions are met, and for prospective students who do not carry out any of the requirements and conditions above until the specified time limit, the person concerned will be declared resigned as a prospective Universitas Padjadjaran students.

C. Prospective students can find out the amount of the tuition fee on the https://students.unpad.ac.id/peserta/ page and must make the tuition payment through a designated bank from June 17 to 27, 2021.
D. After payment is received, Universitas Padjadjaran will issue an Official Student Acceptance Letter and digital Student Identity Card (KTM ) individually, no later than June 30, 2021.
The documents that must be uploaded online by prospective students are as follows:
1. SBMPTN Participant Card (original copy);
2. Family card (KK) (original copy);
3. The original copy of Smart Indonesia Card for Lecture Participants (KIP-Kuliah) (only for prospective students who have registered to the particular program);
4. Certificate of Free Color Blindness for prospective students of:

5. Proof of income for both parents/guardians who have a fixed income OR Income Statement for parents/guardians who do not have a fixed income and is legalised by the local Head of the Urban Village;
6. Latest Electricity Bill (last 3 months) or Latest Proof of Payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB);
7. A pas photo in the format of JPG with the maximum size of 1 MB, with a white background and wearing a shirt with a dark coloured blazer.
Documents that must be uploaded and filled out as requirements for the issuance of NPM and KTM, no later than June 29, 2021:
a. Resident identification card (KTP)/Student Card (original copy);
b. Birth certificate (original copy);
c. Documents for KIP-K Participants, namely KIP-K Registration File Download, KIP-K Application Letter, KIP-K Participant Statement Letter, KIP-K Verification Form;
d. BPJS Card or Health Insurance owned;
e. Statement Letter of willingness to comply with the applicable regulations at the Universitas Padjadjaran which has been signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000 (downloadable format);
The following are additional procedures or conditions for registering:
