Mineralization of the interclinoid ligament of sella turcica (ST) is called sella turcica bridges. Sella turcica bridge is a variation of ST morphology. In cephalometry radiography, an area of ST is vital for analyzing the craniofacial state. In the center of the ST stands the sella point, commonly used to explain craniofacial relationships that determine the positions of the maxilla and mandible in the orthodontic diagnosis.
