This review and meta-analysis examined 3D imaging and AI-assisted methods for diagnosing mandibular condyle fractures. Findings show AI and 3D CT improve accuracy and efficiency over traditional X-rays, especially for complex cases. While AI shows high prediction accuracy, further multicenter studies are needed for broader clinical validation and application.
