This case report describes a very rare combination of severe bilateral Tessier 4 cleft, unilateral Tessier 3 cleft, and amniotic band syndrome (ABS). The patient underwent multiple reconstructive surgeries with satisfactory outcomes, achieving functional recovery and improved social quality of life.
