This case report presents a 54-year-old tongue cancer patient who developed grade-3 oral mucositis after radiotherapy. Treatment with hyaluronic acid mouthwash and low-level laser therapy (LLLT) reduced pain and improved healing, showing the effectiveness of combining pharmacological therapy with LLLT in managing oral mucositis.
