This cross-sectional study evaluated the usability of the Dents AR augmented reality application for oral health education among rural elementary school children using the Modified System Usability Scale (mSUS). The application received usability ratings ranging from poor to excellent, with no significant differences across gender, age, or grade level, indicating consistent user perceptions while highlighting opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
