This in vitro study compared the enamel penetration depth of fluoride varnish, CPP-ACP, and CPP-ACPF on premolars. Results showed CPP-ACPF had the greatest penetration depth, followed by fluoride varnish and CPP-ACP. The findings suggest that adding fluoride to calcium phosphate paste enhances remineralization effectiveness in preventing demineralization.
