This case report describes a 59-year-old man with anemia and an oral hematoma on the tongue, accompanied by digestive problems. Diagnosis showed severe anemia, and treatment involved antifibrinolytic drugs, supplements, lifestyle advice, and multidisciplinary care. The patient’s condition improved, highlighting the importance of thorough clinical investigation in cases of oral bleeding linked to systemic disease.
