This case series of four head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy showed that radiation planning using the Treatment Planning System (TPS) can predict oral mucositis severity based on isodose curves. Patients developed grade 2–4 mucositis, candidiasis, and taste loss, managed with hyaluronic acid mouthwash, multivitamins, and antifungals. TPS proved useful for anticipating and managing oral side effects during radiotherapy.
