An overlay removable partial denture (ORPD) is a removable prosthesis that covers the occlusal surface and is supported by abutment teeth in patients with severe tooth wear that have decreased on occlusal vertical dimensions (VDO) provoke pressing against the trigeminal nerve. A high-accuracy digital ORPD can be used as an alternative in patients with financial limitations that can be made of metal and/or acrylic.
