Non syndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate (nsCLP) are the most common congenital anomaly structure. nsCLP not only affecting craniofacial development but also dentoalveolar development, and therefore associated with odontogenesis, one of the anomalies that often appears is tooth agenesis.
