This report compared three Behçet’s Disease (BD) cases triggered by HSV-1 and SARS-CoV-2. All patients showed oral, genital, and skin lesions. The COVID-19-positive patient had a lower disease activity score than the HSV-1 patients, likely because HSV-1 reactivation caused longer, more severe symptoms. All cases improved with combined therapy.
