Diagnosis showed severe anemia, and treatment involved antifibrinolytic drugs, supplements, lifestyle advice, and multidisciplinary care. The patient’s condition improved, highlighting the importance of thorough clinical investigation in cases of oral bleeding linked to systemic disease.
