This systematic review compared the clinical and radiographic outcomes of four pulpotomy materials—Calcium Hydroxide (CH), Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA), Biodentine, and iRoot BP Plus—in permanent teeth. Among the 22 included studies, MTA and iRoot BP Plus demonstrated the highest and most consistent success rates, while Biodentine was also highly effective. Although CH remained a viable option, its outcomes were more variable. These findings support the use of bioceramic materials for vital pulp therapy, while emphasizing the need for more high-quality, long-term clinical trials.
