This study developed and tested a carbonate apatite–bovine gelatin (CA-BG) scaffold for endodontic regeneration. Characterization showed good biocompatibility, bioactivity, and structural support, with the L/P 1 ratio scaffold being the most optimal for promoting dentin and pulp regeneration. The findings highlight CA-BG as a promising scaffold for dental tissue engineering.
