This systematic review explores the potential of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs), synthesized from agricultural waste like lignin, as a green and effective treatment for oral cancer. SPIONs offer drug delivery and hyperthermia capabilities, showing good effectiveness, biocompatibility, and reduced side effects. Findings support their promise as a sustainable approach in oral cancer therapy while promoting green dentistry.
