This scoping review analyzed 12 recent studies on guided access cavity preparation (GACP) in endodontics. Findings show that GACP, using static or dynamic guides, improves dentin preservation, accuracy, and predictability, especially for complex root canal cases. However, clinicians should carefully consider its limitations and clinical applications before use.
