This study developed and tested a carbonate apatite–bovine gelatin (CA-BG) scaffold for endodontic regeneration. Characterization showed good biocompatibility, bioactivity, and structural support, with the L/P 1 ratio scaffold being the most optimal for promoting dentin and pulp regeneration. This bibliometric study analyzed 351 publications (1998–2024) on artificial intelligence (AI) in oral cancer research. Results show rapid growth in publications and citations, reflecting AI’s rising impact in data analysis, prediction, and decision-making. This review and meta-analysis examined 3D imaging and AI-assisted methods for diagnosing mandibular condyle fractures. Findings show AI and 3D CT improve accuracy and efficiency over traditional X-rays, especially for complex cases. This study shows that intermittent hypobaric hypoxia (IHH) boosts mandibular bone regeneration in rats by increasing HIF-1α and VEGF expression, enhancing osteogenesis, angiogenesis, and bone microarchitecture. This study successfully synthesized oleic acid-coated Fe₃O₄ nanoparticles (11–37 nm) with stable dispersibility and superparamagnetic properties. This study analyzed national health data from 16,973 Indonesians to identify predictors of tooth loss in middle-aged and elderly populations. Tooth loss was strongly associated with age, occupation, diabetes, and heart disease. The model showed high predictive accuracy, indicating these factors can effectively predict tooth loss risk for prevention efforts. This rat study found that Peperomia pellucida extract, rich in bioactive compounds, shows antibacterial activity against Porphyromonas gingivalis and reduces inflammation in periodontitis. It improved gingival and bleeding indices, and histological results showed reduced inflammatory cells and better tissue healing, with effects comparable to chlorhexidine. This study compared collagen-chitosan-PVA membranes with pericardial membranes in rats. The collagen-chitosan-PVA membrane degraded more slowly, promoted more blood vessel formation, and caused less inflammation by day 30.
